You are allowed inside the Spruce Goose. In fact, it is handicapped accessable. There is an 18 minute history of the H4 Hercules, narrated by former US Senator Mark Hatfield. There are a number of points of comparison for those who see the Aviator motion picture. If planning to do both, I would see the movie first. You can look into the cockpit of the SR 71, but can't go in. Many if not all of these planes displayed are air worthy, so you can't enter them.
