There is that wonderful song from "My Fair Lady" which has the line "...let a woman in your life...and it's absolutely strife!" Yesterday's plan was to attend worship, then, maybe work in the yard. But the daughter called early with an availablity of a ticket to the Blazers vs the Celtics. Change of plans. Church at St. James in Portland. But then, what about lunch? The women in my life decide on the bakery cafe' pictured above. Not bad! Then on to Blazermania. Unlike the unlucky Rex Harrison in My Fair Lady, it's nice to let some women in your life.
