From a Distance....

I just clicked on the St. Helens cam in the column to the left and obtained this glorious picture. There's something about mountains that uplifts the soul. Recent events on Mt. Hood may be telling us that perhaps in winter these peaks are designed to be viewed from a distance. Our thoughts and prayers are with the climbers and their families and those who risked their lives to find the missing.
