When the President Doesn't Listen....

Millions of us marched against the upcoming war in Iraq. These pictures are from Portland, Oregon, January 18, 2003.

There were many millions of marchers that Spring, all with one message to President George W. Bush:

"Don't go to war in Iraq!"

He didn't listen.

We see the results of his not listening in Salem, Oregon today. There are flags for each Northwest service man or woman who died in this war so far.

These are just folks from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska.

We honor their last measure of devotion.

But it's too bad the President didn't listen.
