A week ago in Seattle we came upon this gem. We can only marvel at the necessity which was the mother of this invention and the inventor who designed it. Notice it even has a vandal safeguard. He/she took the front wheel with them. There is no off position on the genius switch, as Dave Letterman frequently tells us.

The Mother of Invention...
