Dr. Jane Goodall, founder of Roots and ShootsRoots and Shoots is in the process of making a significant grant to the Yatima Group Trust Fund. I know where the money is coming from, and I am excited about it, but don't think I can say on a public blog at this time.
It dwarfs the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Woodburn, Oregon $40,000.00 tithe. This $40,000.00 is 10% of the building fund money they will be gathering in the next three years.
The building operation at the new site is going well. The boys have been moved out to the chamazi site now. The girl dorms and safety issues for them have not been finalized yet so they remain at the old site for now.
