Portland Parade Days...

We attended the Starlight Parade in Portland last Saturday night. The Big One is coming up this weekend. If you want to see the parades in person you have to get there early. And that means you are going to have lots of time on your hands. What you learn is that Portlanders are a pretty well-behaved lot. The worse incidents might be standing in the sitting row. That's a small price to pay for a very good time.
