We've just about finished installing our laminated flooring. The results are striking and pleasant. The flooring project and the death of my H P computer happened about the same time. Last Saturday, we replaced the computer with a low end PC Club model, surely adequate for our needs. We also thought it was a good time to divest ourselves of AOL. My plan was to replace AOL with Salem Oregon's Open.org service. We got that up and running, but this is the first day it has really operated up to expectations. For most of the week, it ran very slowly. While high speed would be nice, I don't want to commit to the regular outflow of cash, plus the necessary hardware. So, I am asking for advice. In your opinion, which is the best dial up service for the price? I await your input. Thanks.
