Tomato, tomaaato, potato, potaaato
My Father's Day Topsy Turvy is doing nicely. It obviously wants to grow right side up. Central branch is strong and there are a couple of blossoms.
When I bought the topsy turvy tomato plant at Al's, I noted that the price of the plants was only $1.50. So, of course, being a man, I figure if one is good, two are better. So I bought another cherry tomato plant as well and planted it conventionally. It is a different variety, but it has set a lot of blossoms, perhaps because it didn't try to turn itself around.
