Lots of coats and rain pants

Seems like a lot of things were out of sync this year. A late Spring meant fewer roses available. Attendance was down because of gas prices and the weather. Temperature was in the fifties and there were showers. The City had lots of porta potties out and about. However, most of them were locked until well into the morning. The parade started late because of float engine problems. Going by us, three floats had to be towed. They parked the floats down on Front Street, however, so more people could see them up close.
