"Get a little primrose,or something," I was instructed as I went out the door. "For a hostess gift," was the explanation. Tomorrow we're going to a Superbowl party, as much to visit with old friends as to watch the game. But my task was not so easy, I discovered. Nothing decent looking at a moderate price. Putting on the ol' thinking cap, I visited the housewares department at Rite Aide and discovered these cute little buckets on sale at half price. Outside the door, they were selling primroses for only 79 cents each. Combining my discoveries and with a little potting soil from home, I came up with the above. I like it. Hope you do, too.
