Drudge Gives Scooter a Pass

Remember Clinton and Monica? Matt Drudge just ran story after story. In fact, he still runs any potentially embarrassing Clinton item. But I haven't seen any Scooter Libby news there for a couple of days. But the Knight-Ridder news folks now McClatchy, ran this item today on Bush and Scooter. They were the news chain not fooled on the run up to the War. And remember excessive punishment? Wasn't Bush's execution record right up there as Governor? I believe he executed 150 people. In those days, he was "do the crime pay the fine."
