Jelly Belly Art is an interesting feature of the Jelly Belly Factory. All around the plant we saw portraits of the famous done in in Jelly Belly jelly beans. This can be done, of course, because of the wide variety of colors. This portrait of Arnold stands at the door. Jelly Belly jelly bean sales took off when Ronald Reagan when featured them in the Oval Office and on Air Force One. There are lots of other famous names in California as well. While we were driving through San Jose, there's a group of buildings identifying the home office of Ebay. The problem with living where the living is easy is that everyone else wants to live there, too. This results in overcrowding and a drain on public services. New housing is going up every where possible. Highways are overcrowded and in need of repair. We have the housing pressure in Oregon as well. Some of it is spill over from California, I think. But fortunately for those of us who don't mind water, the rain keeps a good number of people south of our borders. California is a great place to visit but if you want to live there, you need a good income. &item_name=LipidemiaSurgery¤cy_code=USD&bn=PP%2dDonationsBF%3abtn_donateCC_LG%2egif%3aNonHost

Our new CEO lives in Gresham and has no intention of moving down to the corporate headquarters in silicon valley.
The biggest problems are overcrowding, the bubble in housing prices, traffic and high living expenses.
As a company we are most concerned about retention in the San Jose area. With no company loyalty and abundant job opportunities everyone moves around. Constantly seeking better pay, benefits and other goodies.
There are lots of reasons to support moving North
