Our lot is divided more or less in half by a drop off of about twenty feet. The house sets on the upper half of the lot. When we moved in, the section you are looking at was covered with blackberry vines, and pussy willow branches and logs of various sizes and degrees of health. We've cleared most of that out, but this corner remains to be cleared and leveled. Dirt needs to be moved from this corner to the far end, a sprinkler system installed and a patch of grass added. Maybe a picnic table, too, if it doesn't attract bees......
