as it looked in 1952. I believe that is Dad's cousin, Harvey, now deceased, who at that time lived in Ellensburg, in the picture. This house went through many remodellings during the years Dad owned it. He willed it to Concordia Lutheran School in Tacoma and they sold it. At that time, it looked like death warmed over.

Many of the houses we've lived in looked sort of cursed after we left, but 5216 is looking better these days.
