It's great to have a digital camera. You never knew when a great candid photo opt will show up. Here's a picture from last summer at Depoe Bay. The taffy maker at Ainslee's in Depoe Bay was just starting the machine that pulls, cuts and wraps taffy by the piece. The completed pieces of taffy will drop into the mesh basket. There is low tech repair where the worker has stuck a screw driver in the roll of wrapping paper to hold it on the roller. He has a cautious eye watching to see whether it will work or not. Ainslee's is the place to buy taffy!
